Britney Spears and Sam Asghari were married Thursday in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles. The couple had a small guest list, but it was full of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities including Madonna, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, and of course Donatella Versace, who has a long history with Spears and designed the pop sensation’s custom wedding dress along with three additional reception looks.
In photos shared by photographer Kevin Ostajewski on Instagram, Spears looked radiant in her one-of-a-kind Versace ivory creation featuring a curve-hugging silhouette, off-the-shoulder neckline, thigh-high slit, satin-trimmed cascading veil and choker necklace. Asghari’s black tux was also by Versace.
What is a wedding without some outfit changes? After the “I do’s,” Spears headed into the reception in a black mini blazer dress, and no shoes, so she could dance the night away, of course! Spears later changed into a two-tone ensemble, according to Vogue, before concluding the night in a plunging V-neck red mini dress with fringe sleeves.
One of the best moments of the night was when Spears, Hilton, Madonna, Gomez, Barrymore and Versace all joined in on a rendition of Madonna’s hit song, “Vogue.” The photo of all the women posing together is enough to send us into orbit.
Madonna shared a series of snaps from inside the event, where she posed with Spears and even recreated their famous kiss from the 2003 MTV VMA’s that shook the pop culture nation.
Aside from all of the dancing, Hilton lit up the night, celebrating the happy couple alongside of her husband, Carter Reum.
Spears and Asghari looked so happy together on their special day. We have a serious case of FOMO, but are over the moon for the newlyweds. They know how to throw an iconic party, that’s for sure!
