Sydney Sweeney modeled some of her own designs on her way to dinner at Horses Restaurant in Los Angeles on Sunday evening in a her skin-baring look created in collaboration with Frankies Bikinis.
The Euphoria actress embraced a retro ‘70s flair wearing a white Bardot Eyelet top featuring a scoop neckline and bell sleeves. The babydoll style featured three buttons at the top and opened to reveal Sweeney’s midriff.
The Anyone But You star teamed her top with the matching Bardot Eyelet miniskirt and a pair of white knee-high cowboy boots. Sweeney accessorized by carrying a small camel brown shoulder bag with a coordinating white lace flap and two dainty necklaces and drop earrings. Sweeney maintained a luminescent complexion and styled her honey blonde tresses in effortless beach waves.
Last month, Sweeney partnered with the L.A.-based swimwear label to create its “sexiest collection yet.” Dubbed, “Love Letters by Sydney Sweeney,” her Frankies Bikinis line was inspired by Italian summer romance and showcased Sweeney’s custom design details in each of the pieces, from intricate embroidery and dainty lace to delicate beading, eyelet fabrications and ruffle jacquards.
The feminine variety of swimwear and ready-to-wear lingerie pieces all featured sensual and skimpy silhouettes, mixed with an array of cheeky prints, from cherries to an exclusive kiss motif including Sweeney’s very own lips. “Lipstick by yours truly 💋 3.14 @frankiesbikinis,” Sweeney wrote on Instagram.
She also shared a sultry video modeling the looks and captioned it, “Love Letters by me 💌 introducing my collection with @frankiesbikinis inspired by the girl who follows her heart ♥️ drop 1 coming 3.14.”
After the first drop on March 14, the second came on April 4. For the campaign, shot by photographer by Sonia Szóstak, the Emmy-nominated actress and producer posed in Rome — which really amped up the already romantic aesthetic.
Euphoria fans, take note — the lipstick print one-piece swimsuit features a dramatic torso cutout and a wrap-around waist, reminiscent of the hot pink Gemma Wrap suit Sweeney wore in the second season of the HBO smash hit show.
Frankies Bikinis founder and creative director Francesca Aiello said in a statement, “The second I saw the episode of Sydney wearing the Gemma one-piece, I immediately envisioned a collaboration for Sydney to create pieces that truly embody her gorgeous femininity, her bombshell romantic aura, not to mention her numerous talents.” Aiello expressed her gratitude on Instagram, writing, “Bringing this collection to life and shooting this at a castle in Rome will be something I will cherish forever.”
