Before the royal family of reality television makes a return with season 3 of The Kardashians next month, a behind-the-scenes peek at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s lavish wedding will air on April 13 with the new Hulu special ‘Til Death Do Us Part Kourtney & Travis, featuring never-before-seen footage.

“This is our personal archive footage that we are sharing with the world,” Kardashian explains in the beginning of the clip, which shows videos from the couple’s Mediterranean dream wedding in Portofino, Italy last May.

Kardashian asks her husband of Blink-182 fame, “Can you believe we got married three times?” Barker replies, “It’s like choosing a child. I can’t pick the best one. Vegas was our wild rockstar wedding, Santa Barbara was like as traditional as everybody else’s wedding could have been.”

After maintaining a close friendship for many years, the couple began dating in January 2021 before Barker got down on one knee and popped the question on a rose-covered beach in Montecito, California in October later that year.

Their first (unofficial) wedding took place one year ago in Las Vegas following the 2022 Grammy Awards, where Barker performed. Kardashian shared new snaps from the spontaneous nuptials on Instagram this week writing, “One year ago today, an Elvis impersonator married me and @travisbarker after the Grammys and way too much tequila in a chapel in Las Vegas!”

She said, “It was one of the best nights of our lives, dreaming of a lifetime filled with fun adventures together. And yes, that’s me about to throw up on the floor in the car. 🥂 Thankful to @clemente_310 @kevinhwolff for all the iPhone footage so that I could remember the night 🪩🤪 also, I ended up losing this jacket that night, which I had for ten years, with the little cute heart studs and there’s a reward if anyone finds it 🕵🏻‍♀️.”

The couple said ‘I do,’ in matching leather biker jackets and similar rectangular-shaped sunglasses. Kourtney teamed her topper with a yellow bustier emblazoned with a cross motif from Versace’s Fall 2012 collection, while Barker went sans shirt underneath, and layered up with silver chain necklaces.

At the time, Kardashian set the scene with her Instagram caption reading, “Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect.”

Finding it too late at 2 a.m. to obtain a marriage license, the couple dubbed the impromptu ceremony their “practice” wedding. One month later, the pair exchanged vows on the steps of the downtown Anacapa Island courthouse in Santa Barbara and acquired all the official paperwork.

The Lemme founder and the rockstar tied the knot for the third time later that month in lavish destination wedding in Portofino, Italy. The bride wore several looks courtesy of Dolce & Gabbana throughout her whole wedding weekend.

To say “I do,” the bride maintained the unconventional flair she’s sported during her other nuptials in a one-of-a-kind Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda white corset-style mini dress, which was inspired by Italian lingerie of the 1960s.

In the teaser for their new show, it flashes back to their multiple weddings. “We provided the feeling and the vibe and then really trusted Domenico [Dolce] to carry it out,” Kardashian stated. “We wanted it to feel authentic.” The couple shared their wedding day jitters, speeches and their family and friends taking to the dance floor. “Our wedding felt like time didn’t exist,” said Kardashian. “And it just felt perfect.”

Kardashian shares sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8 and daughter Penelope, 10, with ex Scott Disick, while Barker shares daughter Alabama, 17, and son Landon, 19, and step-daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

We can’t wait to see their love story unfold in the Hulu special, available to stream April 13.
