Selena Gomez Only Murders In The Building season 3 outfits

Selena Gomez was photographed on the set of Only Murders in the Building in Queens, New York, with co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short by her side. With Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd already set to make cameos in season 3, BTS shots of the series promise plenty more mystery, twists, and, of course, glam.

Sleuthing around with her crime-solving partners, the actress was styled in black denim jeans with a frayed raw hem and a maroon leather trench coat by Ukranian brand Olēnich. The faux leather outerwear featured large lapels and a belt cinching her in at the waist.

Layered beneath the coat was a light pink leather shirt, and for shoes, she opted for chunky white lace-up boots.

But while Gomez‘s character Mabel Mora always rocks some seriously killer outfits, fans of the show know that it’s her beauty looks that become the main event.

Gomez’s hair was left undone and wavy, giving us a glimpse into what this season has in store. Her makeup — usually bold and dramatic on the eyes and lips — was fresh with rosy cheeks and pink lips that complimented the warm brown smokey eye and overall bronzed glow.

After season 2, Gomez’s makeup artist, and Global Stylist for her brand Rare Beauty, revealed some of the exact products she used to achieve Mabel’s enviable look in seasons past.

In a tutorial on Instagram Live, Cynthia Di Meo took fans through her process. “One of the things that I really like about Mabel Mora’s makeup is that it’s a very ‘real makeup’ [look],” she said. “It looks like something that she created on her own; it’s very attainable.”

Naturally, a slew of Rare Beauty products is involved.

To get said look, the makeup artist revealed she starts with the Always An Optimist Pore Diffusing Primer to help control shine and keep makeup in place. The Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation is applied to the T-zone and blended out as a base before she applies the TikTok-approved Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer.

From there, she takes the Stay Vulnerable Liquid Eyeshadow in ‘Nearly Neutral’ and daps it on the eyelids, followed by the Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Eyeliner on the outer corners and underneath the eyes. After filling in brows with the Brow Harmony Pencil, she finishes the look with the Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara, the Stay Vulnerable Blush in Nearly Apricot which was also a viral hit, and the Lip Soufflé Matte Lip Cream in Brave.
