With the forthcoming Hulu series Pam & Tommy premiering on February 2, the star-studded cast made their way onto the red carpet photo call on Tuesday in celebration. Lily James, Sebastian Stan, Seth Rogen, Nick Offerman, Taylor Schilling and more stepped out in suited looks for the evening — with James’ get-up stealing the show.

Channeling her inner Pamela Anderson, the actress opted for a shimmering silver mini dress with extreme cutouts, paired with a silky cotton candy-colored pink coordinating cutout blazer, both by Atelier Versace Fall/Winter 2021 Couture. James posed both with and without her shiny pink jacket, causing her stylist Rebecca Corbin Murray to question via Instagram, “Does this count as day to night?”

Undoubtably calling upon her inner Baywatch babe, the silver strappy frock exists within the same wheelhouse of Anderson’s iconic 1990s looks. In a recent interview with Porter, James revealed how much she loathed removing the jaw-dropping hair and makeup responsible for her dramatic transforming her into Anderson. “I’d really enjoyed the physicality and the sensuality, even down to the long fingernails. There was just so much character to hold on to — it was really thrilling.” Clearly refusing to let go of that aspect of the character, James’ long and modern spin on the classic French manicure sprinkles yet another bit of Anderson into James’ look.

Telling the unbelievable tale of how the most pervasive celebrity sex tape was stolen and leaked in the early days the World Wide Web, Pam & Tommy charts the romance and subsequent invasion of privacy of Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson and Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. Portrayed by James and Sebastian Stan respectively, the two’s sensational metamorphoses have garnered an incredible amount of shock and awe.

Leading man, Stan opted for a slate blue suit by Sandro Paris, styled by Michael Fisher. The supporting cast also made a statement on the carpet, with Nick Offerman donning a dapper navy-blue suit, Taylor Schilling sporting a cream monochromatic ensemble and Seth Rogen coming through with a surprise, wearing designer Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God seventh collection. The actor evoked a very modern and relaxed feel, while maintaining a sharp and tailored element to his ensemble.

Releasing exclusively on Hulu February 2, the series is sure to cause a stir and take us on a wild ride through its eight episodes of salacious 1990s nostalgia.
