Mary-Kate Olsen, who is a perennial fixture of the Greenwich Village ‘cigarette break’ scene, headed uptown past The Row’s Upper East Side townhouse boutique to their new seasonal residency in Amagansett. Even Meredith Hayden, the viral TikTok cooking sensation known by her handle @wishbonekitchen, traded in Brooklyn for a kickstart on her signature Hamptons private chef residence.
With New Yorkers flying the coop, it should come as no surprise then to see Meatpacking’s Katie Holmes walking around the city lugging a ludicrously capacious weekender bag.
