Gisele Bündchen suited up in a black string bikini to paddle board with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in Miami on Saturday, as romance rumors between the two continue to bubble.

The supermodel had a huge smile on her face, while sporting a black triangle string bikini top, cheeky thong bottoms, a raffia wide-brimmed hat and black sunglasses as she rowed along the city’s waterways. Valente wore olive green swim trucks with a brown and beige trucker cap for the occasion.

Bündchen has been romantically linked to her fitness instructor since last November, when she was photographed on vacation in Costa Rica with her two children, Benjamin (12) and Vivian (9), and Valente. Bündchen announced her divorce from her husband of 13 years and the father to her children, NFL star Tom Brady in October 2022.

In January, the pair was spotted horseback riding in Costa Rica. Valente and his brothers trained the model and her children “for years” in martial arts, Page Six reported. A source told People at the time, “He and his two brothers are Gisele and the kids’ martial arts teachers. They are not dating.”

People later reported that a source said, “Gisele adores and trusts [Joaquim] and has been spending a lot of time with him, but I don’t think it’s a traditional dating scenario. They have a deep personal relationship, and he is a teacher to her and the kids. Whether or not it will ever become more than that rests on the table.”

After the duo was seen out together for a third time, Bündchen shared a quote on Instagram — but didn’t exactly set the record straight. After news hit that she was spending time with Valente, the model posted an ambiguous quote on Instagram along with a selfie of herself sitting in a field with plants covering part of her face. “Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth,” ✨ she captioned it.

In a March interview with Vanity Fair, Bündchen brushed off the rumors that she’s dating her longtime coach. She said she thinks tabloids will “attach” her to anything because she’s now divorced, but praised Joaquim and his brothers, Pedro and Gu, who are also instructors. “I’m so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially,” she said in her interview. “He’s our teacher and, most importantly, he’s a person that I admire and that I trust. It’s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.”
