Wedding season is commencing early this year with a history-making marriage between Her Royal Highness Princess Iman bint Abdullah II of Jordan and Mr. Jameel Alexander Thermiotis. The official wedding date was released in an announcement made by the Royal Hashemite Court (RHC), which stated that the couple will be wed next Sunday, on the 12th of March, 2023. “The Royal Hashemite Court extends its sincere congratulations to Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah on this occasion, and wishes Her Royal Highness Princess Iman and Mr. Thermiotis a lifetime of happiness,” the RHC said in its official post.

The Royal Family of Jordan leaves little to speculation when it comes to their joy for Her Royal Highness Princess Iman, especially Her Royal Highness’s mother, Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan. In her latest Instagram post regarding the wedding date announcement, Her Majesty Queen Rania shared, “the first time I held my baby girl, I knew my life would never be the same. In a week, she will be a bride. My precious Iman, I am so happy for you and so proud of everything that you are.” Her Royal Highness’s older brother, Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan, congratulated the couple in a heartwarming Instagram post earlier this year, sharing, “warmest congratulations to my dear sister Iman and to her fiancé Jameel on their engagement. I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.”

Her Royal Highness’s wedding update follows the announcement of the Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan’s own marriage date, which was released early this year. According to the announcement, the Crown Prince of Jordan is set to marry Rajwa Al Saif early next June. It’s a wonderful period for the Royal Family of Jordan, with both the eldest son and daughter of Their Majesties, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah, expanding their families and getting married this year. We wish them all the best as they move forward.
