If you haven’t already heard, everyone’s heading out East this summer. There are plenty of pop-up stores and soirées taking place, that it was only was fitting that Sakara co-founders Whitney Tingle and Danielle DuBoise gathered guests at the 21 House at The Reform Club in Amagansett on Friday to celebrate summer out East.

Tingle and DuBoise established their lifestyle brand in 2012, which is described as “wellness anchored in plants as medicine.” Sakara Life promises to “deliver organic, plant-rich meals and functional products to doorsteps nationwide.” Since its founding, Tingle and DuBoise implemented meal programs, produced over 30 healthy snacks and supplements, created a best-selling cookbook, and even host their own podcast for the brand.

Over the weekend they brought together the VIPS of fashion, beauty, and wellness, including fashion designer Peter Som, Naked Beauty founder Brooke DeVard Ozayidnil, The Sculpt Society founder Megan Roup, Australian entrepreneur Sasha Benz and her musician husband Oli. They all enjoyed a curated menu including Sakara Life’s signature nutritional plant-rich and vibrant dishes.

After the private dinner event, Sakara hosted Café Sakara Out East at The Reform Club throughout the rest of the weekend from July 21 to 24. The wellness company also provided complimentary Metabolism Super Powder Latte’s and Goji Rose Donuts, while making their best-sellers available to shop for attendees.

Thanking all of their guests for attending on Instagram, Tingle wrote, “To all who joined us out east this weekend, thank you. Thank you for deciding to be on this journey with us, for trusting us to take care of your health, for deciding you’re ready to step into your power, for loving and supporting this community and for believing in the power of food as medicine. 🙏🥬🥑🍉🥭🌱🥦.” She continued, “We remember the days when we hoped we could impact one life, and now after hundreds of thousands of transformations, we still wake up every day honored and excited to do this work. We are so grateful for each of you. 💜”

DuBoise took to the platform to say, “We wake up every single morning honored to be on this journey with you all, knowing the power of living the Sakara Life. Eating this way transformed everything—the way we felt, the way we looked and what we believed was possible. Food is the foundation of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health, and we’re here to remind you that you are worthy of nourishment, joy and vitality.”

Not the only company to host a pop-up in the Hamptons this summer, Sakara Life joins the likes of Nordstrom, Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Tods and more.
