The hot Hamptons sun didn’t stop anyone from taking in Christian Louboutin‘s newest Greekaba capsule collection at a special event that took place over the weekend.
The French luxury footwear brand transformed the back deck of Montauk lobster shack, Duryea’s, into a Mykonos-themed beach club — and no details were missed, especially the wood-paneled luxurious boat stationed perfectly behind the photo opp area. The Grecian theme continued with signature ouzo cocktails and Greek inspired fare, including fresh octopus, grilled halloumi, an overflowing raw bar, and lobster pasta that was a hit among the guests.
IMG model Mona Matsouka was behind the DJ booth, responsible for playing deep house bops as attendees including Minka Kelly, Lukas Gage, Wyatt Oleff, Sophia Lillis, Larsen Thompson, Mona Matsouka, Tracy Anderson, Jenne Lombardo, Harvey Newton, Ben Watts, Jenny Cipoletti, Harvey Cipoletti, Luke DiTella, Serena Goh, Samantha Angelo, Krystal Bick, Sara Beltran, Samantha Angelo, Igee Okafour, Sasha Benz, Oli Benz, and Caleb Thill amongst others, all danced in their oh-so-chic red bottoms featuring Greekaba motifs.
Guests enjoyed lounging in hammocks and playing a game of paddle ball that overlooked Fort Pond Bay, naturally with customized sets of paddles and balls to match. Later in the evening, an acoustic performance from a traditional “bouzouki” player infused the atmosphere with the magic and romanticism of the Grecian islands. One partygoer channeled Mykonos beach club icon Lindsay Lohan’s signature head-turning moves to the tunes showing how one parties in Mykonos (err… Montauk).
The Greekaba capsule collection is Louboutin’s latest edition to the brand’s “Caba” series dedicated to a modern-day odyssey through Athens and the Cyclades inspired by the designer’s insatiable love of travel and brought to life by his dear friend Konstantin Kakanias’ playful illustrations.
