If anyone knows how to throw a stylish bash, it’s Vera Wang. The designer celebrated her 73rd birthday on June 27, and took fans inside her pink-themed bash by sharing a few snapshots of the celebration.

The designer certainly heard the memo that Barbiecore is in this season, wearing a head-to-toe pink ensemble. She teamed a pink two-piece set, featuring a plunging V-neck dress with open skirt, with a pair of rose-print shorts. She kept the theme going by dyeing her dark locks with pink highlights and topped it off with a crystal-adorned tiara above her rose-colored tresses. She even accessorized with pink jewels, including a whopping pink diamond ring.

In other photos, she popped bottles of rosé (like we said, she stuck to the theme!) and sang along to Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” with a group of her friends.

Captioning all of her posts, “Celebrating my Bday with CAKES and KARAOKE…… and my new ROSÉ PROSECCO!!!!!! #VeraWangParty.”

She also showed off a bottle of her new Rosé Prosecco from the Vera Wang Party line of premium Italian prosecco in photos, and shared a pic of her silver multi-tiered birthday cake, wrapped with an abundance of pink roses.

Wang’s beloved Pomeranian pup Lola was ready to party as well. Posting a snap of the dog in front of a plush floral backdrop, Wang wrote, “LOLA the PARTY PRINCESS…… in the thick of it! 🐕 💕💗💖.”

Appropriately tapping into the Barbiecore aesthetic, the designer was recognized by Mattel last month as part of its Tribute Collection Series, with a Vera Wang Barbie doll that paid homage to her illustrious career.

Out of the many categories Wang designs for, the wedding dress market is one of her specialties. Her custom creations have made their way down the wedding aisles on many A-listers, including the Kardashian sisters, Victoria Beckham, Issa Rae, and Ariana Grande to name a few.

Her red carpet creations (worn by the likes of Vanessa Hudgens, Gwen Stefani, Emily Ratajkowski, Jennifer Hudson and more) always make a statement — and always land on the best dressed lists. Along with her eponymous label, the designer’s reach extends into wines, eyewear, fragrance, fine jewelry, and home essentials.

Beginning her brand at 40 and partying well into her 70s, Wang shows no signs of slowing down.
