Sydney Sweeney pulled out all the style stops amidst her Euphoria season two press tour this week. Returning to our screens as the complex and troubled teen Cassie Howard, Sweeney appeared via Zoom for several different outlets alongside her on-screen sister and best friend, Maude Apatow and Alexa Demie, who portray Lexi Howard and Maddy Perez, respectively.
Opting for a retro style moment, Sweeney donned a pastel printed mock neck mini dress from Fendi’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection paired with the Italian fashion house’s thigh-high boots from the original runway look.
Shot by photographer Sam Dameshek and made possible by Sweeney’s longtime stylist Molly Dickson, the overall aesthetic of the ensemble fell somewhere in between 1960’s mod-girl chic and 1970’s disco style. With her blonde blowout by Florido Basallo, chunky headband, pink hoop earrings, and electric lavender eyeshadow by makeup artist Melissa Hernandez, Sweeney really leaned into the groovy get-up.
While the Euphoria press junket may be approaching its close, we look forward to seeing Sweeney grace our screens in equally stylist ensembles as Cassie Howard in the show’s highly anticipated second season.
