For all those in quarantine, this one is for you. By now you’re privy to Kylie Jenner’s exercise and diet routine as well as Cindy Crawford’s strange but effective lunges. But have you ever tried to work out like Kate Hudson? Well, it looks intense.

Taking to social media at the weekend, the Bride Wars star shared a small but exhausting snippet from her current personal training routine.

“She’s starting to wake up! Carried 3 babies who did a number on these hips and shoulders! Ladies! We carry our beautiful children ALL DAY LONG (literally AND figuratively) and forget to balance it out,” Hudson wrote in an Instagram caption. “Time to balance that SH#! OUT! 🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️ #putmeincoachiwannaplay.”

The first exercise featured a transition from a plank to half-pike all done in foot stirrups. The second featured one minute of side kick throughs with alternating speeds.

Hudson’s trainer is Brian Nguyen. He is the former head trainer of the Los Angeles Avengers in the Arena Football League and is partially responsible or Mark Wahlberg’s ripped physique.

On an earlier Instagram story, the actress admitted that after her third child she didn’t snap back quite as easily. Of course, this is normal.

“My body always snapped back pretty fast after babies,” she wrote on social media. “Food is 80% of the process always BUT I realized she wasn’t powering the way I like! I was quite athletic when I was younger and she hasn’t been responding to my usual.”

“I said…F— IT and I called on a master to wake her ass up! And that’s exactly what he’s doing,” she continued, as she began working with Nguyen. “And it’s HARD. And it’s every day. I’m basically ‘in season’ and I love it. Don’t know why I waited so long to push her this hard! Let’s see what she (my body) can do at 42.”
