Kylie Jenner is probably the member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan that you associate least with diet and exercise. After all, Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans will recall Jenner bowing out of a workout with sister Khloe Kardashian, claiming to hate exercise. “Kylie doesn’t really work out,” Kardashian explained at the time. “She did come with Kourt and me one time, when Don was training us. Don does four quarters in each session and Kylie only stayed for one quarter.”

But it seems Jenner has rediscovered diet and exercise in recent weeks, posting a spate of pictures and videos of herself working out in and around her Hidden Hills, Calabasas mansion. As an insider told E!, “Kylie is determined now more than ever to get toned for summer. She’s fully into fitness and health. She wants to maintain her figure and stay toned for summer.”

As the source reveals, Jenner is now working out at least three times per week in her home gym and with a personal trainer, but also takes her exercise outside. “She prefers doing outdoor workouts because it’s more distracting and feels nice to be in nature.”

The Kylie Cosmetics founder seems to be enjoying her newfound love for fitness, documenting her journey on Instagram with snaps of her toned physique. “She will go on long walks with Stormi on the trails by her house or go for a hike nearby.”

Although she’s focused on building up her fitness, the source insists she isn’t getting obsessive about her notoriously relaxed diet. “Kylie has been watching what she eats at home but isn’t restricting herself. When she goes out with friends, she eats what she wants. She has been super motivated recently and is loving the endorphins.”

While we’d argue Jenner doesn’t need any fine-tuning ahead of beach season, it’s great to see her enjoying health and fitness.
