Typically done in the morning, here’s how it goes: Grab a water bottle, whip up some iced coffee, set a cozy atmosphere with a candle, put on a rom-com, step onto your exercise mat, and start your routine. This session spans about 40 minutes, with a mix of high and low-intensity exercises. Wind down with a 10-minute easy stroll.

How to Practice It?

According to a fitness expert featured in Women’s Health, this approach has promise: “When we move, our bodies release chemicals like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine. These boost our well-being and calm down stress and anxiety hormones.”

She added, “You don’t need marathon runs or heavy lifting to stay fit. The key is finding something you enjoy. Even though it’s called ‘Cozy Cardio,’ feel free to choose any activity – yoga, full-body workouts, dance routines, quick HIIT workouts, or even Pilates.”

Influencer Hope Zuckerbrow played a pivotal role in launching this trend. She shared her Warm-Up Workout sessions on TikTok, sparking a wildfire of interest and leading to the creation of the Cozy Cardio Club. She even opened an online shop with products tailored for this trend.
