Beyoncé kicked off her highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour in Stockholm, Sweden in early May and has since touched down in Brussels, Paris and London.

Belting out fan-favorite hits and new chart-topping tracks, the record-breaking Grammy winner has been decked out in the most surrealist and club-ready fashions from the industry’s top designers, courtesy of stylist Shiona Turini.

The 2023 Renaissance World Tour marks Beyoncé’s first tour since her 2018 On the Run II Tour alongside Jay-Z, which celebrated their collaborative record Everything Is Love. Before this, her last solo headlining tour was the Formation World Tour, which took place in 2016 with music from her beloved album Lemonade. Next, Beyoncé will keep traveling across Europe, Canada and North America, before concluding the tour on September 27 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

Ivy Park

Beyoncé adorned a custom Ivy Park look during her Hamburg, Germany show, giving fans a peek at the upcoming collection, in a light brown shimmering long-sleeve minidress with a wrap skirt and matching “IVY”-printed thigh-high boots.

Carolina Herrera

Beyoncé was red hot in a crimson custom Carolina Herrera stretch crepe minidress with an ultra-plunging neckline by creative director Wes Gordon, teamed with a matching silk taffeta hood, red gloves, red stockings, red Jimmy Choo pumps and custom Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings that spelled out “Renaissance,” all styled by Julia Sarr-Jamois.

Iris van Herpen

The superstar appeared in a custom Haute Couture “Heliosphere” gown by Dutch designer Iris van Herpen, crafted from 980 falcate shapes and 3D constructed by casting silver-marbled silicone into mirrored laser-cut outlines. With a halo-shaped neckline, the minidress featured long sleeves and an iridescent flowing glass-organza cape.

“It has been a huge honor to design and create the custom ‘Heliosphere Gown’ for Beyoncé. In her epic Renaissance tour, Beyoncé embodies feminine empowerment,” van Herpen said in a statement. “She symbolizes that confidence radiates from within and that beauty thrives in diversity. Her style is a kaleidoscope of elegance that inspired me and my team in every stitch, every bead and every petal — along the 700-hour journey of creating her halo-shaped gown.”

Beyoncé teamed the ethereal creation with custom Tiffany & Co. Move Drop Earrings that resembled a diamond-encrusted fish skeleton, matching the slice-and-dice nature of her futuristic frock.

Gucci

Beyoncé wore a custom corseted Gucci leotard in black faille with duchesse satin detailing, drenched in draped crystal fringe over a sheer long-sleeve crystal embellished underlay, teamed with a silver metallic dome hat and custom Tiffany & Co. Victoria bedazzled eyewear while performing at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Georges Hobeika

Beyoncé adorned a custom-made sheer illusion, silver sequined and pearl-encrusted Georges Hobeika catsuit with black opera gloves and custom Tiffany & Co. jewels, styled by Karen Langley, during her concert in Cologne, Germany.

Ivy Park

Rocking Barbie pink, she shined in a sequin gown with a halter keyhole neckline and two thigh-high slits, and accessorized with matching opera gloves from her own label, Ivy Park.

“I started designing this collection over a year ago,” Beyoncé wrote on Instagram. “I was so engulfed in all things RENAISSANCE and was inspired by Studio 54, Bob Mackie and the disco era. I wanted to do a modern twist using the signature IVY PARK neon and bring disco to the beach in this swim collection. I’m so happy to share this with you and even more proud to launch it for the first time on the RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR. I’m proud to be among the very talented Black designers featured in last night’s show to celebrate Juneteenth.”

LaQuan Smith

In another look by a Black designer in honor of Juneteenth, Beyoncé chose a disco-ball bespoke bodysuit from LaQuan Smith. The hand-embroidered shattered glass catsuit featured a deep plunging halter neckline, teamed with silver metallic custom Malone Souliers pumps styled by KJ Moody and Vance Gamble. The designer commented on Beyoncé’s photo on Instagram. “You look so stunning! I’m so happy the jumpsuit came to life in the most epic way. What an honor to have you wear my design ❤️.”

An homage to her Bey Hive, Beyoncé embodied a high-fashion bumble bee in a custom Balmain design by Olivier Rousteing, featuring a black and yellow embroidered bodysuit and matching wide-brim hat.

“In the industry where we have to all fight , I want to thank you to support last night all the black designers that had created their own space in this tough industry. This was THE CELEBRATION,” said Rousteing. “It has been tough , it has been hard, and change would never happen without you pushing since day one to make a better future where we can all express our creativity . You have been one of the first to make changes happen . I am sure you have been through a lot and last night it was about CHANGES ! The Renaissance world tour is about freedom , expression , and LOVE. Your support , your vision and your strength to not create an evolution but making a REVOLUTION ,will and is , part of the History. Thank you for reminding us that fights are not over and let’s keep pushing for a better world for the next generations. This is THE RENAISSANCE , a rebirth.”

Feben

Beyoncé was too “HEATED” and had to “fan herself off” in her custom shimmering red, white and champagne bodysuit by up-and-coming London-based designer Feben, styled by Shiona Turini.

Feben previously created costumes for Beyoncé’s music video for “Brown Skin Girl.” She went on to express her gratitude for the musician on Instagram. “Thank you for inviting me into your world. What an incredible moment to be a part of, and a pivotal one for myself, and my inner child.” Feben said. “It means the world to be supported and seen as a black female designer in the industry, thank you @shionat. Grateful for my amazing team- we would not be here without you.”

Ferragamo

Beyoncé wore a design from Ferragamo’s creative director Maximilian Davis in a shimmering metallic gunmetal asymmetrical minidress featured a cascading cape with matching opera gloves, which she wore with coordinating thigh-high boots, Tiffany & Co. jewels and bedazzled sunglasses.

Off-White

Beyoncé wore a custom Off-White red leotard with a matching bomber jacket, wide-brimmed metallic hat and gartered glistening thigh-high boots designed by creative director Ibrahim Kamara, inspired by his debut Fall/Winter 2023 “Lunar Delivery” collection and styled by Shiona Turini. 

Balmain

Channeling “robo-couture,” Beyoncé wore a custom silver-armored Balmain bodysuit by Olivier Rousteing, teamed with thigh-high silver metallic boots. “This tour is a revolution, thank you for supporting us and bringing all the creatives through your beautiful journey around the world. This tour is iconic , your vision is beyond,” Rousteing wrote on Instagram.

Ferragamo

Beyoncé had a Jessica Rabbit moment in Ferragamo, wearing a bombshell red gown, hand-embroidered with crystals and beads, with a square neckline and a thigh-high slit, designed by Maximilian Davis and styled by Shiona Turini. The star teamed her gown with silver strappy Giuseppe Zanotti heels, silver Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti Bone Cuffs on each wrist, a silver manicure, and matched her metallic eyeshadow to her accessories. 

Loewe

The singer wore a silver bedazzled custom Loewe ensemble by creative director Jonathan Anderson, including a rhinestone-encrusted long sleeved top with matching silver shimmering track pants, teamed with a metallic sculpted breastplate.

Pierre Cardin

A pioneer of space-aged fashion, Beyoncé called upon the fashion house of Pierre Cardin to spice up the Renaissance universe. The custom black gown featured neckline in the shape of the brand’s “symbol of the unity which creates life, as well as a circular wing that represents the universe and its infiniteness, the dress is symbolic of the new space age which defines Maison Pierre Cardin.” With an enclosed U-shaped neckline and a thigh-high slit, the design included a circular structural halo behind her head, styled by Shiona Turini. The star teamed her dress with black Giuseppe Zanotti pumps and custom Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings that spelled out “Renaissance.” 

Jacquemus

During her rainy performance in Marseille, Beyoncé wore a custom mirror paillette-covered disco basque dress, coordinating thigh-high boots and metallic matching opera gloves from Jacquemus. The house’s founding designer Simon Porte Jacquemus is originally from Marseille and first saw Beyoncé perform in the city 15 years ago. “IT’S A DREAM…. IT’S THE FIRST SINGER I SAW LIVE IN MARSEILLE 15 YEARS AGO… IM SO HAPPY AND PROUD…. WHAT A NIGHT…IN PROVENCE…. MEANS A LOT,” he wrote on Instagram. The designer also took to his Instagram Stories to set the scene. “I was so stressed, can’t really explain the feeling,” he wrote. “And I’m usually not. But Beyonce at home, with the [rain]…I guess it was my mother crying from up there. Well I’m sure.”

Alberta Ferretti

Beyoncé adorned a custom crushed crystal and gold sequin embroidered leotard finished with a gold draped miniskirt with a waterfall train by Alberta Ferretti with black opera gloves and thigh-high matching boots.

Stella McCartney

Beyoncé shined bright in a shimmering silver Stella McCartney custom look in Barcelona. Inspired by the brand’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection, the bespoke mesh moulded long-sleeve dress and leggings were encrusted with hand-placed lead-free crystals, styled by Shiona Turini.

Fendi

While performing at the Olimpic Stadium Luis Company in Barcelona, Beyoncé adorned a sporty and futuristic custom Fendi look. Styled by Karen Langley, the black, red and silver special leather Intarsia catsuit was teamed with thigh-high boots, matching opera gloves and an upcycled fur Intarsia cape.

Mary Katrantzou

Sporting yet another bumble bee-inspired look for the Bey Hive, Beyoncé opted for a custom Mary Katrantzou surrealist minidress in the form of a perfume bottle silhouette teamed with a matching bottle top headpiece made in collaboration with Stephen Jones millinery. Beyoncé teamed her black, silver and yellow gold look with thigh-high latex boots, barely-there fishnet stockings, black beaded opera gloves embellished with a faux red manicure and black sunglasses with antennae for an additional bee reference.

Robert Wun

Beyoncé closed out the London leg of her tour in a bespoke black blossom look from Hong Kong-born London-based designer Robert Wun. The songstress adorned an asymmetrical pleated skirt with a waist-cinching blazer jacket embellished with voluminous ruffled sleeves, styled by Shiona Turini.

Vivienne Westwood

Beyoncé wore a custom Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood corseted black latex micro minidress with structured spiral sleeves for her performance in London, teamed with black patent leather Giuseppe Zanotti pointy-toe pumps and custom jewels from Tiffany & Co., including a bespoke Drip Intravenous necklace (appropriately named after her “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” lyrics) and custom Drip Intravenous chandelier earrings.

Roksanda

In London, Beyoncé wore a vibrant royal blue custom Roksanda gown, inspired by a gown included in the brand’s Fall/Winter 2023 ready-to-wear collection with long sleeves that extended into gloves and a higher neckline. The acclaimed performer teamed her sculptural cobalt gown with Amina Muaddi heels, a bespoke Tiffany & Co. Twisted Collar necklace and custom Twisted earrings from the jewelry house with the help of stylists Karen Langley and Tara Greville. 

Off-White

Beyoncé wore a custom Off-White bedazzled bustier-style bodysuit, covered in 40,000 red hotfix crystals designed by creative director Ib Kamara, styled by Shiona Turini. 

Alexander McQueen

The songstress wore a custom-made Alexander McQueen frock, hand-embroidered with burgundy bugle beads on a red paneled tulle base, teamed with gloves and red metallic thigh-high boots.

Paco Rabanne

Beyoncé opened the Paris leg of her tour in a custom Paco Rabanne gown, linked with silver discs, designed by creative director Julien Dossena.

Mugler

The star continued her long love of Thierry Mugler, and wore an iteration of the late designer’s robot creation first seen on his Fall/Winter 1995 Couture runway, as well as the insect antenna look as seen in the Spring/Summer 1997 Couture collection. She teamed it all with a custom Casey Cadwallader-designed yellow-and-black bumble bee-inspired metallic bodysuit.

Balmain

Beyoncé changed into a pearl and crystal-encrusted custom Balmain corset and short set, designed by longtime collaborator Olivier Rousteing with black latex thigh-high boots.

Brandon Blackwood

The singer wore a sky blue custom Brandon Blackwood gown with an asymmetrical neckline and a thigh-high slit with matching bespoke gloves and heels from the designer as well, with the help of stylists KJ Moody and Vance Gamble. The star teamed her ensemble with custom Tiffany Hardwear creations, including a layered silver chain choker and Hardwear Link earrings.

Valentino

Beyoncé took the stage in Brussels, Belgium, serenading the crowd wearing an ivory silk Valentino gown covered in shimmering silver crystal rhinestones, designed especially for her by creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli. Featuring a cowl neckline, which exposed a matching plunging bra-shaped under-layer, the form-fitting creation included a thigh-high slit and a cascading train.

She teamed her show-stopping ensemble with barely-there neutral fishnet stockings, metallic silver bespoke Malone Souliers pumps and matching silver shining opera gloves, complete with metallic gold nails encrusted on each finger, styled by Shiona Turini. As a Tiffany & Co. brand ambassadorBeyoncé added an extra dose of glamour with a custom necklace from the heritage jeweler, embellished with crystals.

The superstar emerged from a gigantic silver scallop shell, like Botticelli’s Birth of Venus, wearing a bedazzled custom Loewe bodysuit by creative director Jonathan Anderson. Inspired by a creation from house’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection, the crystalized catsuit featured hands with a red manicure, wrapped around Beyoncé‘s figure.

David Koma

The songstress embraced intergalactic, space-aged style in a custom David Koma look inspired by ensembles found in the designer’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection. She adorned a lavender and neon green high-neck leotard with a marching wrap skirt, featuring a swirling print reminiscent of the inner workings of an agate stone or the Northern lights. The superstar teamed her outfit with matching metallic knee-high boots and a shining silver iridescent jacket with large, chandelier earrings to sing her hit single, “Break My Soul.”

Courrèges

Next, she slipped into a custom silver asymmetrical leotard, fit for an “ALIEN SUPERSTAR.” Equipped with a metallic silver plate emblazoned on her torso, the creation was designed by artistic director of Courrèges, Nicolas Di Felice. Beyoncé teamed her look with Tiffany & Co. jewels and custom GEDEBE thigh-high boots.

Alexander McQueen

The singer wore a custom Alexander McQueen gunmetal bodysuit with silver bugle beads and “crystal anatomical embroidery,” according to the brand. The silhouette featured strong shoulders and sculptural accents at the hips.
