Beyoncé commemorated Juneteenth in style. The songstress brought her highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour to Amsterdam, Netherlands on Monday, June 19 with a wardrobe filled with looks made exclusively by Black designers.

The annual holiday commemorates the end of slavery in the United States, and also goes by “Emancipation Day,” or “Freedom Day.” While the record-breaking Grammy winner might not have been on U.S. soil, she found her own way to celebrate the occasion, intentionally highlighting Black designers in her costume lineup.

She shared snapshots from the stage with her 312 million Instagram followers, writing, “In honor of Juneteenth, everything I wore for RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR tonight was created exclusively by Black designers.”

The Lemonade artist championed pieces from Ferragamo creative director Maximilian Davis, Balmain creative director and Beyoncé’s longtime collaborator Olivier Rousteing, Feben, LaQuan Smith, Off-White’s Ibrahim Kamara, plus she also wore a few of her own design from Ivy Park.

Rocking Barbie pink, she shined in a sequin gown with a halter keyhole neckline and two thigh-high slits, and accessorized with matching opera gloves from her own label, Ivy Park. Her backup dancers matched in second-skin bodysuits and crop tops in the same blindingly bright shade of pink with star-shaped nipple pasties, sequins, beaded fringe and netting.

“I started designing this collection over a year ago,” Beyoncé wrote on Instagram. “I was so engulfed in all things RENAISSANCE and was inspired by Studio 54, Bob Mackie and the disco era. I wanted to do a modern twist using the signature IVY PARK neon and bring disco to the beach in this swim collection. I’m so happy to share this with you and even more proud to launch it for the first time on the RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR. I’m proud to be among the very talented Black designers featured in last night’s show to celebrate Juneteenth.”
