Apple Martin is a fashion girl now! The 18-year-old daughter of actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay’s Chris Martin was among the star-filled front row of attendees at the Chanel Spring/Summer 2023 Haute Couture runway show during Paris Fashion Week on Jan. 24.
A carbon copy of her mother, Martin was dressed by the French fashion house in a chic black and white tweed babydoll style mini dress with a matching cardigan with interlocking “C” logo buttons.
The star teamed her look with black leather chunky loafers and a black quilted Chanel crossbody bag. She accessorized with heart-shaped drop earrings, a dainty gold necklace, an assortment of gold bracelets and a matching watch. Martin left her golden blonde strands styled straight with a middle-part, but amped up the glam with a dramatic cateye.
Derek Blasberg shared photos of Martin on Instagram with a caption recognizing the teenager’s momentous milestone. “Karl Lagerfeld met Apple Martin when she was 4 years old and declared that one day, she’d be a Chanel girl,” he wrote. “It happened today! 🍎🤍🇫🇷”
Martin sat next to friends of the house, Pale Blue Eye actress Lucy Boynton and Stranger Things star Sadie Sink, while Vanessa Paradis, Tilda Swinton, Marion Cotillard and Charlotte Casiraghi took to the front row as well.
Paltrow and Martin married in 2003 and share Apple and their 16-year-old son Moses. The pair “consciously uncoupled” in 2014 before officially divorcing in 2016. The Goop founder married television writer and producer Brad Falchuck in 2018, while the “Yellow” singer has been dating actress Dakota Johnson since 2017.
