On Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021, the French fashion house known for its timeless designs and effortless silhouettes will be bring its Cruise 2021/22 collection in Dubai.

With the upcoming Fashion Week season bringing back the physical shows, designers feel more comfortable with in-person events, leading the fashion house to plan an in-person show as the brand Ready-to-Wear collections have become a highly anticipated annual event. The collection had initially been revealed back in May of this year. The show took place at the Carrières de Lumières in the village of Les Baux-de-Provence, in the south of France.

Inspired by the history of the House of Chanel, the cruise collection firmly endures the early ends of the 1910s, when Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel offered her clients effortless yet comfortable garments for various sunny destinations. This season the collection presents a well-balanced mix of plush outerwear, soft feathery detail, edgy elements, and playful beading, showcasing the brand’s easy silhouettes and touch of glamour – tying back to the 1910 era.

As the first House to institute a real show for its Cruise collection, Chanel leaves its consumers inspired and ready to jet-set across the globe. The live show will mark Chanel’s second show in Dubai since the brand showcased its Cruise 2014/15 collection in May 2014, celebrating seven years since the show.

As of now, no current details revolve around the fashion show’s location, but we will continue to update you as more information is released.
