Earlier this year, when the American singer-songwriter decided to make a drastic change and go platinum-blond, Eilish revealed she had been wearing a wig for weeks during her hair colour transition. The process began when she announced her Happier Than Ever album back in January, which took over six weeks to complete. When March 17th came around, Billie took to her IG to finally share her bleach blonde hair results – and it was beyond dreamy.
Fast forward to about an hour ago; the star posted yet another hair transformation on her Instagram feed. Eilish kept her hair platinum blonde but chopped off a few layers, resulting in an effortless new bob haircut. The bob appears to have choppy layers throughout her hair, with a shaggy look to it – simply proving that Eilish can seriously do no wrong when it comes to her hair choice.
This time, the only difference with her new look is that it was inspired by her mom, Maggie Baird. After showing off her new cut, Eilish took to her Instagram stories to include a photo of her mom captioned “Like my mama.”
Fans are already speculating on what the artist will do next with her hair, and of course, rolling out the memes.
