Zendaya always delivers exceptional Hollywood glamour on the red carpet, and the 2023 SAG Awards was no exception. Arriving as both a nominee and a presenter, Zendaya chose a custom petal pink Valentino Haute Couture creation, designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli, for the red carpet.
Styled by her right-hand man Law Roach, Zendaya’s strapless gown featured a corseted silk duchesse bodice with a silk faille cascading train, covered in 190 rose appliqués. As a Bulgari brand ambassador, Zendaya dazzled in a Bulgari diamond necklace with gemstones in aqua, light pink and purple, as well as an assortment of rings and a shimmering bedazzled bangle.
She swept her new bob haircut in a side part, styled in voluminous curls and her beauty look featured a rosy blush with miles-long lashes and a glossy lip.
Zendaya was nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series for her portrayal of Rue Bennett in the HBO smash hit Euphoria, and the night marks the first time she ever attended the SAG Awards. Naturally, she always knows how to steal the show, so when she arrived on-stage to present an award alongside Paul Mescal, Zendaya turned up in another must-see dress.
For her second look of the night, she chose a Giorgio Armani Privé gown featuring a black crystalized bra top, embellished with baguette beads and sequins, including a torso cutout and a peony pink silk and baby blue satin silk skirt. The Emmy-winning actress topped off her look with a glittering Bulgari choker in pink gold set with mother-of-pearl elements, an oval 64-carat aquamarine and over 21 carats of pavé-set diamonds.
Zendaya’s SAG Awards appearance comes just one day after she attended the 2023 NAACP Image Awards, where she once again, wore two show-stopping looks. The star continued her love for vintage fashion, wearing a Versace black gown with lime green detailing from the Italian fashion house’s Spring/Summer 2002 Couture collection. Complete with a plunging neckline, a thigh-high slit and a cascading train, Zendaya accessorized the ensemble with Bulgari earrings and a shimming bangle.
Later in the evening, the Euphoria star changed into another vintage look. To present the outstanding motion picture award, Zendaya wore a white two-piece set from Prada’s Spring/Summer 1993 collection. Featuring a white bra top with star-shaped cutouts, Zendaya donned a matching floor-length skirt with the same motif along the waistband.
Either fresh off the runway or older than Zendaya herself, the Emmy Award-winning actress never ceases to make a strong style statement with her red carpet ensembles.
