Ugg Parris Goebel
Parris Goebel in Ugg Campaign lookbook

To mark one year anniversary since its first ready-to-wear collection, UGG is unveiling The Perfect___ campaign. Events and office life may be returning, but UGG continues to emphasize comfort and versatility in an oh-so chic way. Although comfy, the pieces boast luxuriously oversized silhouettes in various hues and materials that you’ll be confident stepping out in as much as you do on your living room couch — and just in time for fall.

UGG enlisted a fashion-forward lineup of talented women, each representing how they wear their UGG RTW pieces. Among these trendsetters is the choreographer and dancer known for her creativity behind Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty shows and Justin Bieber’s ‘Sorry’ music video, Parris Goebel. For the campaign, Goebel sports UGG’s the Mandy Hoodie in a new faux fur leopard print. “The Mandy hoodie is blissfully crafted with soft faux fur and a smooth satin interior for the ultimate cozy experience,” says Goebel, “such a statement piece.”

Ahead, GRAZIA caught up with The New Zealand-born choreographer and dancer on just exactly how she styles her UGG looks.

Grazia: What is the intersection of dance and fashion for you?

Parris Goebel: It’s everything! When you perform in front of a crowd, you sort of have an out of body experience and become someone else. What you wear really helps bring that persona out of you and perhaps move a certain way or do some things you wouldn’t normally do. Fashion just brings it out of you.

G: How would you describe your personal style?

PG: Cozy, sexy, and me! I would never sacrifice style for coziness, which is why this collection is so perfect. I was able to wear each piece throughout the shoot exactly the way I would wear it if I were going out on my own. I had a little slip dress underneath one coat, the other I had a nightie. Every look is absolutely me.

G: What are your favorite pieces from the UGG apparel collection?

PG: Too many to name! If I had to choose just one, I think I will have to say the Mandy jacket. I think the way I wore it in the shoot with the red lip is absolutely me, and I love a leopard print.

G: How do you like to style them?

PG: I mix their cozy versatility with my own little flair. So for the tracksuit, I wore no shirt underneath, and I felt completely like me. There’s another cute jacket, the Marlene, that I wore with sweats but paired it all with a little slip tank underneath. I can absolutely see myself wearing that in my house and then walking right out my front door to meet with friends.
