The fitness community was out in full force for The Method x Bandier pop-up in Los Angeles over the weekend in advance of the brand’s all-inclusive wellness space opening in London’s Noting Hill in 2024. At the first stop of a multi-city tour of The Method and Bandier, The Method’s founder Nathalie Samani was on-hand to introduce new fans to the workout, which is a unique exercise regimen that combines a high-energy atmosphere in a fully inclusive manner where all levels are welcome to join.

The two-day event took place at the exclusive Peppermint Club and kicked off with a dance party celebrating the activation, where guests like Dixie D’Amelio, fitness influencer Kelsey Heenan and model Fabian Arnold sipped cocktails and noshed on mini burgers.

The next morning, three separate classes were conducted at the Bandier store on Melrose, showcasing The Method’s philosophy with high-energy trainers. Some notable guests partaking in the pop-up included influencer Amanda McCants, Amanda Kloots, singer and TikTok dancer Montana Tucker, actress and Modern Muze founder Zulay Henao, wellness influencer Alexa Luria, Flour Shop founder Amirah Kassem, actress Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, actress Veronika Dash and many others. Guests enjoyed catering by Erewhon, Vitamin B12 shots from  Drip Hydration and fresh cold-pressed juices from the Sports Nutrition Lab.

“The partnership between The Method and Bandier turned out to be the perfect union as both our brands believe that fitness and wellness can be achieved through fun,” Jennifer Bandier said.

“We both deeply believe that people should have the confidence to express themselves, be free and have fun whilst getting fit,” Samani adds. “And having the right clothes to help people feel good whilst working out is so important. We couldn’t be prouder to have partnered with a brand so dedicated to quality, style and substance.”

The Method — created by Samani while she was charting her own wellness journey — brings together the fun vibes of ’80s workouts with tailored dance routines, creating something entirely new to the fitness world. More than just exercise, The Method is a wellness movement through dance, Pilates, yoga, meditation and treatments to emphasize the importance of nurturing the mind, body and soul.

Until The Method space opens in London next year, it’s taking over Bandier’s Studio B in West Hollywood. Then The Method x Bandier will be heading to several other cities around the world to share a little slice of what can be expected in London.
