In case you missed it, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky snuck into the star-studded audience at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards. After skipping the red carpet, the new parents went straight inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel to watch the ceremony.
Rihanna was nominated for best original song in a motion picture alongside her co-writers Tems, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Göransson for her highly celebrated track “Lift Me Up” featured in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

The first-time nominee donned an impressive updo, a striking diamond necklace and a custom black velvet bustier gown from Schiaparelli Haute Couture by Daniel Roseberry with a matching stole in black bonded silk velvet and opera gloves.
For her jewels, Rihanna wore Cartier High Jewelry earrings in platinum and diamonds, plus a Cartier Sixième Sens High Jewelry necklace in 18k white gold and diamonds.
A$AP Rocky rocked a Bottega Veneta wool and satin suit jacket and trousers with leather lace-up shoes from the brand.
The camera first panned to Rihanna when presenter Niecy Nash spotted the superstar in the crowd and told her that she dressed up as her for Halloween. Then, host Jerrod Carmichael called out Rihanna and told the songstress to take her time making her next album, despite public pressure to drop new music.

“Lift Me Up” marked Rihanna’s first song in six years. The Savage X Fenty founder took to Twitter to commemorate her nomination last month. “God be showin out!” she wrote alongside an article announcing the milestone.
On Feb. 12, Rihanna is set to return to the stage at the 2023 Super Bowl LVII halftime show.
