Every fashion week season, there’s always bound to be a buzzy celebrity catwalk sighting. In recent years, Versace has delivered those talked-about moments during Milan Fashion Week by tapping superstars like Dua Lipa and Jennifer Lopez to walk in their shows.
For the Spring/Summer 2022 show, Lipa opened the show in a safety-pin suit then did another strut in a sparkly purple crop top and skirt. Of course, who could forget when Lopez closed the Spring 2020 show in an updated version (that somehow showed more skin) of her iconic jungle-print dress from the 2000 Grammys. This season, Versace did it again by having none other than Paris Hilton close the Spring-Summer 2023 show.
The hotel heiress shut down the show in a pink chainmail mini dress with a matching hot pink veil, fingerless gloves and pumps. (Considering both Hilton and Donatella Versace were guests at Britney Spears‘ recent wedding to Sam Asghari, we have a feeling the finale pink wedding dress may have been a topic of conversation.)
Of course, is also isn’t a Versace runway show without a gaggle of top models. This season we saw Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, Precious Lee, Irina Shayk, Imaan Hammam, and Adut Akech strut down the runway wearing edgy moto jackets (Ratajkowski), hooded cutout gowns (Gigi), plunging black mini dresses (Hammam). Bella brought a pop of color in a bright purple lace dress that also resembled a wedding gown with its matching tulle veil.

The collection was a blend of edgy leather separates, bold animal prints reminiscent of the brand’s Spring 2000 collection, mixed with brightly-colored lace pieces that added a feminine touch to the overall vampy aesthetic.
A few other stars, in addition to Paris Hilton, were on-hand sitting in the front row including Hilton’s sister, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Vanessa Hudgens, Lily James, Normani, Camila Morrone and more.
