If you’ve been thinking about when season 3 of Emily in Paris will premiere, so has Lily Collins!
The actress took to Instagram on Monday, February 21, where she uploaded a video of the amazing wardrobe.
“Woke up thinking about this magical closet. Can’t wait to get back to work on @emilyinparis with this living legend, @patriciafield, the incredibly inspiring and innovative @mshangaimx, and their amazing team!…” she wrote, tagging the show’s costume designer.
In the clip, the star shows the colorful costumes, frocks, purses and shoes, which are all stored in this one little room.
Ashley Park, who plays Emily’s bestie Mindy Chen, gushed, “Literally woke up thinking the same 😍😍😍.”
Queer Eye star Tan France added, “I want to live in there 😍.”
Others fans couldn’t help but share their excitement over the upcoming season. One person wrote, “Love the Emily’s style 💖 so colorful and lovely 😊,” while another added, “Missing Emily so much! Can’t wait for season 3!!”
A third person added, “What a dream closet indeed 💕💕💕💕.”
Though there are so many outfits to choose from, Collins revealed which one she likes the best.
“It’s so hard because Emily is obsessed with fashion,” she said during E! News’ Daily Pop on January 4. “I love this outfit I wore for my birthday party which was this little mini dress with a big pink bow, because I felt Emily thought it was a bit of a present to herself.”
During the important scene, Emily shows off her gorgeous outfit, but her night quickly takes a turn for the worse when Camille (Camille Razat) finds out that she has been seeing her ex Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) behind her back.
As a result, Emily decides to move on with Alfie (Lucien Laviscount), who she meets in French class. At the end of the series, she finds herself almost professing her love to Gabriel, but he reveals he has moved in with Camilla. Meanwhile, Alfie is going back to London, but he hopes to keep his romance alive with Emily.
“There is this lasting feeling with Gabriel but then there’s the friendship with Camille where she’s saying he’s off limits,” the actress shared. “And then there’s maybe a Team Alfie that’s going to grow in the audience, I don’t know. Alfie offers a new sense of escapism for Emily I think in a lot of ways. Alfie is quite pessimistic and that partners perfectly with Emily’s optimism.”
