Heaven is a place on earth for singer Lana Del Rey, because the star is engaged to her new fiancé Evan Winiker, according to Billboard.
The couple have kept a low-profile, but have been spotted out and about with one another a handful of times throughout the last several months, including at the Malibu Chili Cook-Off festival in September.
The “Summertime Sadness” singer even debuted her three-stone diamond engagement ring at the Billboard Women in Music Awards on March 1, where she was presented with the Visionary Award by Olivia Rodrigo.
Winiker is a managing partner at Range Media Partners, and works with talent such as Daya, Disco Biscuits, MAX, Skyler Stonestreet and Walk Off the Earth. As a musician himself, Winiker has previously played in the band Steel Train, and has gone on tour with Ben Folds, Tegan and Sara, The Fray and more.
Winiker maintains a close friendship with his fellow Steel Train bandmate Jack Antonoff — the producer to the stars who frequently collaborates with Del Rey. Most recently, Del Rey and the producer worked together on the artist’s brand-new ninth studio album Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, released on March 24.
In fact, fans think Del Rey leaked the wedding date of Antonoff and his his fiancée, actress Margaret Qualley, in the song titled “Margaret” on the new album. “He met Margaret on a rooftop; she was wearin’ white,” the lyrics begin. Later in the song she sings, “I mean, join the party… by the way, the party is December 18.” It’s rumored that’s the date of Antonoff’s nuptials — but perhaps it could be the date for Del Rey herself?
In the past, Del Rey has been linked to musician Jack Donaghue of the electronic band Salem and was reportedly previously engaged to country music singer Clayton Johnson in 2020. Del Rey‘s dating history also includes Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini, rapper G-Eazy and Live PD star and cop Sean “Sticks” Larkin.
