Kim Kardashian has proudly showed off her famous curves in a very skimpy and figure-hugging “everyday go-to” outfit. The reality star turned businesswoman wore her new Skims collection and took to Instagram to share a very casual video as she rode the elevator with friends.

Rocking a greige pairs of leggings and matching crop top, the mom-of-four posed in the outfit, turning to the sides so fans could see her washboard abs and tight waist. Classic Kim.

“I am wearing the outdoor collection today, this is my everyday go-to, I love it, it’s the leggings and a little top, I’m obsessed,” she shared, as her friends stood off to the side of the camera against the wall.

Skims launched in 2019 and US sales proved it was a major hit with women.

“I’ve always worn shapewear and I really wanted to start a shapewear line,” she told Grazia in 2020. “But there was always something wrong with what I felt was out there. Especially the shade range. I couldn’t even find my colour tone in shapewear.”

She would buy pieces and dye them with teabags in the kitchen sink. “I thought, ‘wow, if I can’t find a shade colour, think of all the women out there who couldn’t find their colour either’. I found something I felt was missing in the market-place and made sure we filled it.

US advertising for SKIMS featured women including Queen and Slim actor Jodie Turner-Smith and pardoned former federal prisoner and law reform activist, Alice Marie Johnson. Diversity casting for ads, she said “wasn’t even a question. That was what we had to do. That was why I invented the brand. It was why I created shapewear, so that my friends and every woman out there have undergarments that are representative. It wasn’t even a thought when we were casting, like ‘oh, we have to be strategic and make it this way’. It wasn’t an option. This is just what this brand is.”

Last month it was announced that the brand would provide the undergarments and pyjamas for Team USA Olympians and Paralympians at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

“When I received the call inviting Skims to be a part of @TeamUSA, every moment I’ve spent admiring the strength and energy of the Olympians from the sidelines came full circle,” Kardashian announced via social media on Monday.
