2. Eros, Mermaid, Wine Glass And “Boobs”
Proving that matching tattoos are something even the beau mond are privy to, Gerber revealed that she has a hat-trick of matching tattoos with her best friend, Malibu-born model-turned-musician, Charlotte Lawrence. In a 2019 interview, Gerber described she and Lawrence both have mermaids, a wine glass, the Greek god Eros and “boobs” tattoos. “We got [a tattoo] after going to Greece together with my family; it was the best trip ever,” Lawrence described in the interview. “We also have tattoos of each other’s boobs,” Gerber also noted, calling the hyper-feminine delicate illustration on her inner arm “a realistic rendering.”

It seems ink might be a bit of a love language for Gerber. At the premiere of her Apple TV+ series, Palm Royale, Gerber revealed in an interview that she and her Bottoms co-star, Ayo Edebiri, also got matching tattoos.
Speaking to E! News, the actress explained that the duo decided to make their bond permanent after Edebiri’s SNL hosting gig in February 2024—a show that Gerber was in attendance for in support of her friend.
“The next day, I thought she would just stay in bed and relax after what I know was a very intense week,” Gerber told the outlet. “But she was like, ‘We’re getting tattoos.’”
