In case you’ve been in need of some more Don’t Worry Darling news, part of the cast gathered in the Big Apple for a screening of the film and Q&A panel on Monday evening, and delivered more must-see style moments.

Harry Styles joined director and starring actress Olivia Wilde, co-stars Gemma Chan, Sydney Chandler, Nick Kroll, Kate Berlant, Asif Ali, Dita Von Teese, and Douglas Smith at the broadcasted event held at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater. Styles suited up in a velvet navy double-breasted blazer with blue shirt underneath and striped blue wide-leg pants. Wilde went with a black long-sleeve curve-hugging Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello gown with bangles and cuffs from the brand. Chan chose feathers in a light blue Louis Vuitton gown with black belt at the waist.

Leading lady Florence Pugh and star Chris Pine weren’t there physically, but they chimed in via video message before the screening, and explained that their respective absences were due to scheduling issues. (Pugh is currently filming Dune: Part 2, and Pine has been working on his directorial debut, in which is also stars, Poolman.)

“Even though I’m working halfway around the world,” Pugh said in the pair’s joint statement. Pine added, “and I’m all the way in Los Angeles in production myself.” Pugh continued, “We did not what to miss this opportunity to thank you for coming to experience Don’t Worry Darling in IMAX.”

Their absence comes after an intense onslaught of headline-making gossip. At the 2022 Venice Film Festival, many began to speculate that Styles actually spit on Pine in a video clip, while Pugh has been in the news for skipping press events for the film, stirring rumors of a feud between her and Wilde have continued to spread.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Wilde said, “Florence did the job I hired her to do, and she did it exquisitely. She blew me away. Every day I was in awe of her, and we worked very well together.”

“The complete horses**t idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely inaccurate,” she told the outlet. “Our relationship was over long before I met Harry.”

“Like any relationship that ends, it doesn’t end overnight. Unfortunately, Jason and I had a very bumpy road, and we officially dissolved the relationship towards the beginning of the pandemic. We were raising two kids during lockdown, so we co-parented through that time. Once it became clear that cohabitating was no longer beneficial for the children, it became the responsible thing to not, because we could be better parents as friends who live in different houses.”
