Hailey Bieber is all about a fashionable leggy look, with her wardrobe filled with minidresses, micro-miniskirts and shorter-than-short hot pants. She just stepped out in another memorable number in a little black dress to end all other little black dresses.

Spotted in New York City on Tuesday night, Bieber wore the strapless, figure-hugging, thigh-grazing Althenea strapless stretch-crepe mini dress from the London-based brand 16Arlington.

The quintessential party dress featured a bedazzled rectangle-shaped buckle at her chest for just the right dose of bling on the otherwise minimalist frock.

In keeping with her retro aesthetic, Bieber teamed her dress with a pair of sheer black Calzedonia tights, black high-heeled pumps and a simple black shoulder bag, which all scream ’90s-chic.

The skincare mogul accessorized with a gold wristwatch, dainty circular gold stud earrings and of course, her sparkling engagement ring. She pulled her hair back into a sleek, slicked bun with a middle part and completed her look with a pair of black narrow rectangular sunglasses.

Hardly the first time Bieber has championed 16Arlington, Bieber wore the brand’s cult-beloved sequined Solaria dress to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last June.

The Rhode founder has been a busy lately, launching her beauty brand in Canada, dropping her newest Lip Peptide Treatment and trotting around N.Y.C. giving major moto-cross vibes.
