Yeah sure, we may have met our girl Robyn Rihanna Fenty through her unmatched music discography — and we promise we won’t talk about wanting new music right now — but it was her proven ability to set trends, singlehandedly make street style cool again while shaking up the beauty industry, making intimate wares for everybody (quite literally), and make history breaking records that is the reason she has our heart. So, it’s no surprise that the Bajan baddie just joined an elite club, making history as the first Black artist to grace the covers of the “Big Four” Vogue editions. Is there anything Rihanna can’t do? (We’ve been through this. The answer is no, there is nothing she can’t do.)

As pointed out by a few Rihanna stan — super fans, understandably — accounts on Twitter, Rihanna now joins Madonna as the two only singers who have achieved “The Big Four” in Vogue history, meaning they have appeared on the covers of American Vogue, British Vogue, Vogue Paris, and Vogue Italia. Brava Rih!

Adding to her several American, British, and Paris Vogue covers, Rihanna’s recent Vogue Italia cover and its editorial for their June “DIY” issue, which she posted to her Instagram, naturally, is the issue that officially gained her entry into the “Big Four” club.

For their “Do It Yourself” issue, Rihanna both styles and photographs herself, donning a full Valentino look for the glossy’s cover complete with a Versace silk head scarf.
