Nepotism is a powerful thing and it is no wonder that TikTok is obsessed by the notion. The most influential faces of today are the offspring of powerful moguls and famous parents. Think the Hadid sisters, Kaia Gerber, Lila Moss, the list goes on. Now it seems the next potential supermodel is in our midst with Steve Jobs’ daughter, Eve Jobs, nabbing her first modelling contract.

The up-and-coming model announced the news on Instagram overnight, writing, “now represented by @dnamodels.” DNA also represents the likes of Emily Ratajkowski, Kaia Gerber and ’90s icon, Linda Evangelista.

If you think you’ve already seen her before, you probably have!

Jobs quietly made her modelling debut in 2020 when she appeared in the Glossier holiday campaign alongside Euphoria’s Sydney Sweeney and RuPaul’s Drag Race runner-up, Naomi Smalls. The 23-year-old made her runway debut at Paris Fashion Week in 2021, walking for Coperni. She was seen sitting front row at Louis Vuitton this week.

She is also currently dating the Kardashian’s family friend, Harry Hudson and made a cameo in the music video, “Take My Time”.

Steve Jobs was a businessman and technology mogul who is best known as the co-founder, chief executive and chairman of Apple Computer. He passed away in 2011 due to pancreatic cancer.

Unlike years gone by when the next supermodel was found in shopping centres and at music festivals – because quite frankly, it feels a little problematic – they’re found in the most unlikely of places. Ella Emhoff, the step-daughter of US Vice President Kamala Harris, was thrust into stardom following her chic appearance at the 2020 Inauguration. She was signed with IMG and made her debut at New York Fashion Week for Proenza Schouler.

Later, Harris’ niece Meena Harris was served as a muse for Prada, sitting front row at Milan Fashion Week that year.
