The partnership between Write Your Future and Aloula is set to launch on the International Day of Education, January 24th 2023, and will assist up to 700 Saudi Arabian women as they enter the beauty workforce. Those enrolled in the program will receive specialised in-person and online mentorship from Lancôme’s team of experts in Skincare, Fragrance, Makeup, and Human Resources.

Lancôme’s training team will also provide opportunities to review career paths in the beauty industry, while prepping the program’s beneficiaries for the job interview process. At the end of the mentorship, the beauty brand will provide those who attended their workshops on sales techniques, make-up, and skincare with a valuable certificate of completion. This opportunity may seem too good to be true, but it doesn’t stop there. Lancôme’s Write Your Future program will also be donating Dhs73,333 to Aloula’s cause, resulting in an increase of technological resources in the women’s computer labs.
