The off-the-shoulder dress was handpicked by celebrity stylist Law Roach from Sulaiman’s debut collection. The dress featured a rich ivory fabric, incorporating Sulaiman’s effortless blended textures and feminine cuts, along with an A-line silhouette that included an artful yet architectural approach with Russian tulle detailing along the sleeves.

Riyadh designer Noura Sulaiman took to her social media to reveal, “Super excited to finally announce our Moiré dress has been featured in @iamhalsey film “If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power.” This piece holds a special place in my heart as I designed it while having pregnant and postpartum bodies in mind and a reason to be embraced and celebrated. Thank you to everyone who made this moment happen. Special thanks goes to @createtwentytwo and @luxurylaw for having me take part in your artwork. You have made one of my dreams come true by including me in your vision.”

As an art enthusiast herself, Halsey has always been one for creating a unique experience and challenging the mind, which leads her to team up with creatives and producers Trend Reznor and Atticus Ross to work on the upcoming film.

In Halsey’s recent Instagram post, she shared, “This album is a concept album about the joys and horrors of pregnancy and childbirth. It was very important to me that the cover art conveyed the sentiment of my journey over the past few months.”
