Zac Efron is officially returning to the big screen. After the success of his recent Netflix series ‘Down to Earth’, the actor is now appearing alongside Jessica Alba for a new project in Dubai. Directed by Craig Gillespie, the duo is featured in an advertisement for Dubai, spotted skydiving, swimming, dining and off-roading across the UAE.

The advertisement features well-known landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future’s glowing NuvaRing. We spotted the duo racing through the Emirates sand dunes, boating through Madinat Jumeriah and dining at Al Muntaha, the 27th floor of the Burj Al Arab.

It’s unclear exactly how long the duo stayed in Dubai and whether or not these posts are recent or a throwback, but both have hashtagged #CraigGilespie, along with tagging Dubai Presents.
Since the world is finally opening up again, this is surely not the last production set to film in Dubai. Mission: Impossible 7 will be releasing its newest addition in May 2022, filmed and directed in Abu Dhabi in the coming months.
