Let’s be honest, we’ve all at least once thought about what we’re planning to wear on our big day, and the fashion world recognizes the need to make our wedding dreams turn into a reality. The month of October gave us the most glamorous and show-stopping New York Bridal Fashion Week looks; from renowned brands to up-and-coming ones – everyone was welcome to showcase their take on bridal couture.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the New York Bridal Fashion Week – The Bridal Council x PullQuest and CFDA – saw a hybrid of virtual as well as in-person attendance for the fall 2022 and spring 2022 collections. The Fashion Week saw the detailed works of various designers such as Marchesa, Monique Lhuillier, Naeem Khan, Reem Acra, Zuhair Murad, and Vera Wang.

“With COVID-19, everyone wanted to come together and have an in-person market, but once we took a look at retailers and bridal designers around the globe, we realized so many people couldn’t travel because of the restrictions. So, we decided to offer a hybrid market this season — the last two were virtual,” said Michelle Lacovelli, the executive director of the council. “We’ll have the Bridal Council x PullQuest platform; there are a handful of designers showing in person, with mostly market appointments. Those showing have showrooms in New York City or are closer by and can easily travel. Those options will be available but a majority of the designers will be on PullQuest.”
