When he’s not out-cycling an ostrich or training with Cristiano Ronaldo, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, is encouraging others in the emirate to live a healthy lifestyle.

This is exactly why His Highness, who is affectionately known as Fazza, launched the Dubai Fitness Challenge back in 2017 and its returning for its 7th instalment, beginning in late October.

The month-long activation, which will start on October 28 and end on November 26, 2023, challenges every resident in the emirate to undertake 30 minutes of exercise every day for a 30-day period.

Straightforward and simple, it allows you to engage with whatever way fits your lifestyle, needs and desires. To support you further, Sheikh Hamdan’s 30X30 has organised a range of free events across the city. From museum of wellness and yoga events to weightlifting sessions and paddle tournaments.  This is not only a chance to challenge your body but also a chance to venture into the city and try something new.

Join the 2.2 million participants in breaking your routine and centering your health for just 30 minutes day. Because fitness is more than just looking a certain way or completing some rigorous workout. It is a lifetime commitment to bettering yourself physically, mentally and beyond.
