Founded by Palestinian sister duo, Rania and Zaina Kanaan, Kave – The Story of Things, is an innovative and creative upcycling cafe-concept space, where several workshops, events and talks are hosted covering topics around upcycling, becoming environmentally-conscious and so much more. The space is home to budding artists and creatives that seek to become a part of a community, right in the heart of Dubai. Make sure you don’t plan out your weekend just yet, because for a limited time only, Kave is hosting ‘Korba,’ an initiative aimed at raising awareness about Palestinian culture, traditions and more.
Korba is a monthly event held by Kave, aimed at celebrating Palestinian culture, food, art & history by hosting different workshops all day long. The schedule for this month’s Korba occasion includes several exciting workshops and events, from a Falafel breakfast to a Tatreez workshop and more, check out their schedule below to get an idea of all the un-missable events lined up.
This Saturday the 6th of November, make your way down to Kave’s personal space at AlSerkal Avenue, Warehouse 20, from 10 AM to 7 PM, and check out their ‘Buy Palestinian’ pop-up on Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM.
