Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have reportedly parted ways—yet again. While the couple has been known to have an on-again/off-again relationship, this latest news comes just after they revealed they were expecting their first child together.
TMZ reports that Fox, 38, and MGK, 34, ended things during a Thanksgiving trip to Vail, Colorado. According to the outlet, the actress allegedly discovered something incriminating on the musician’s phone that upset her and caused her to leave the trip early. The rapper reportedly dipped out shortly after that and has not been in touch with the actress since.
Just two weeks before the alleged split, Fox debuted her pregnancy news on Instagram with a unique photoshoot that saw her nude and covered in an oil-like black goop while cradling her bump. Reports have confirmed the Transformers star was five months pregnant at the time of the shoot and is due in March 2025.
“Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” she captioned the post, tagging her then-partner.
In the caption, it’s speculated that Fox is referring to a pregnancy she and MGK lost.
During an interview with Good Morning America, the actress explained that the difficult time resulted in a brief break-up between the two.
“I’d never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate What does this mean? And Why did this happen?” she said.
In her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, Fox writes about an ultrasound of a baby girl 10 weeks into a pregnancy.
“Maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if I had…” she writes. “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh… but now / I have to say / goodbye.”
“I will pay any price,” the poem continues. “Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”
At the Billboard Music Awards, MGK then dedicated his performance to their “unborn child”.
Fox and MGK met and began dating in 2020 before getting engaged two years later. It’s unclear how far the two got with their wedding planning.
The actress is already a mother to three sons she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green: Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7.
Meanwhile, MGK (whose real name is Colson Baker) shares daughter Casie, 15, with ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.
