At this point, we’re all kind of enveloped by And Just Like That and Sex in the City, and for better or for worse, it’s completely dominating conversations in the entertainment cultural sphere as of late. Regardless of that, we just can’t help but keep wondering, where in this big wide world is Kim Cattrall, and what is she up to?

Last we heard, in terms of new projects, we learned that Cattrall was set to join the cast of the Peacock Queer As Folk reboot with a… wait for it, recurring role. While a lot of the details are up in the air, what we do know is that Cattrall’s character is a a lush, good southern lady of high status, but who comes from the lands of a poverty-stricken trailer park.

But that’s not all, Cattrall, sans Sex and the City, has stayed booked and busy. With the How I Met Your Father trailer making its rounds online, we see Cattrall playing a modern-day depiction of the main character Sophie (played by Hilary Duff).

Now, let’s talk about the elephant in the room, and that of course is Cattrall’s response to And Just Like That, which she is famously missing from, with Samantha Jones’ story bringing her to London, explaining her absence.

But in a string of liked tweets from Cattrall, one of, written by Jenny Dreasler, which read “And just like that… I find myself only wanting to watch anything @KimCattrall is in. This is a Kim appreciation tweet.” This could be taken as a shady move on Cattrall’s part, but at the same time, it could also be read as merely fan appreciation. Still, it feels as though tension still may be high.
