Should we be getting ready to say goodbye to Fezco (Angus Cloud) on Euphoria? In episode 7, which aired on Sunday, February 20, the gang watches Lexi’s (Maude Apatow) play, which Fez doesn’t seem to make it to.

In the flashbacks, we see Fez getting ready, even getting nervous as to whether he should wear a tie or not. “I saved you the best seat in the house,” Lexi later texts him.

The gang — Rue (Zendaya), Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) Maddy (Alexa Demie) and others — are in the audience, but Fez is no where to be found, which seems quite odd considering he has a thing for Lexi.

In episode 6, viewers learn that Mouse’s ex-assistant Custer (Tyler Chase) is working with the police to get Fez and his little brother, Ashtray (Javon Walton), in trouble for murdering Mouse.

However, Fez tries to cut a deal with his boss Laurie (Martha Kelly), and he lets Faye (Chloe Cherry), who is Custer’s girlfriend, stay with him and Ashtray while Custer keeps a low profile. Custer even meets Faye outside to tell her to relax, possibly because he knows the police are on their way.

What’s even creepier is that there’s a line from Lexi’s play that may reveal Fez’s fate. “I feel like I’ve lived most of my life in my imagination. Taking the smallest moments and dreaming them up into something biggest,” she said. “But I always had this feeling that at any moment, something horrible was about to happen.”

Cloud even revealed that his character was only supposed to last one season, so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities that he doesn’t survive.

“I don’t know, but apparently, because they cast me off the street, I guess the character of Fezco was [never meant to stick around]. I don’t even know how. I never saw that script. No one ever told me. It was one day when we were filming the pilot that I think Jacob [Elordi] told me, he was like, ‘Oh yeah, you didn’t know? Your character gets [imitates brains getting blown out].’ And yeah, it never ended up happening,” he shared. “I think that they liked what I did and so they decided to keep me alive and let me rock. I don’t know how I was going out, but hopefully I would’ve gone out like a G.”

Since the season 2 finale is next week, we hope we can get some answers!
