Since Taylor Swift’s split from her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn, went public, the pop star, who happens to be on the first run of her Eras Tour, has given multiple hints about her headspace. From subtle changes to her setlist to the location of restaurants she’s been frequenting to the “Easter eggs” on her clothes, despite the annoying narrative that she must be heartbroken, Swift has seemingly shown she’s, actually, doing just fine.

But at her most recent tour, the 33-year-old, who hasn’t publicly commented on the break-up, gave her most straight-forward answer as to how she’s feeling. When a fan held up a sign reading “You ok?” Swift not only clocked the question in the crowd, but she acknowledged it, giving a thumbs up during her performance of “Delicate,” one of her many love songs about Alwyn.

The sign itself is a reference to Swift’s “You Belong With Me” music video when she raised a sign saying the same thing to her love interest in the video. The whole moment was captured on TikTok and is, naturally, going viral:

After a brief hiatus from Instagram — Swift hadn’t posted on the platform since the break up news broke — she also returned to social media, opting to keep things focused on her tour by expressing gratitude to her fans. “Still buzzing from those 3 shows in Tampa!!! Thank you to the unforgettably epic crowds and to @aarondessner for coming out to play twice with me, we’ve been dreaming about that for so long!! So grateful for the memories we’re making on this tour 🥲,” she wrote.

The fact that Swift seems to be throwing all her energy into her music is in line with what a source close to her told People about how she is doing post-split, which they dubbed “not dramatic.” “She doesn’t have anything bad to say about Joe,” the insider told the outlet. “They just grew apart. Taylor is staying very focused on her tour right now.”

Another source told Entertainment Tonight last week that it was Swift who initiated the breakup with Alwyn initially in March, saying, “Taylor and Joe are in totally different places in their lives right now. It was more of Taylor’s decision to break up, but both of them realized that they weren’t completely right for one another. They had been together for such a long time and were spending so much time together, but their personalities were just too different. Joe is more introverted, shy and quiet.”

The source continued, “She’s very focused on touring and her career right now. Taylor has nothing but respect for Joe and really loved and enjoyed all the time and memories she shared with him. They had a deep connection and she really appreciated that. She hopes they can be friendly in the future.”
