Growing up lakeside, Sydney Sweeney’s affinity for water has taken her to sunny Florida for her latest real estate venture.
At just 26 years old, the actress already boasts an impressive investment portfolio and has reportedly just dropped another fortune on her fourth property—a sprawling beachfront mansion in the Florida Keys.
As learned by Page Six, the Euphoria star purchased the property for USD$13.5 million, making it her most expensive home yet, even at USD$4.5 million less than its initial asking price.
For that discounted price tag, Sweeney will enjoy six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a 520-bottle wine room, an elevator, a home gym, a game room and a whopping 330-gallon aquarium—and that’s just inside. Outside, her guests will enter through a grand stone porte-cochère with a fountain, and she can kick back across 58,629 square feet of backyard outdoor space, complete with a heated saltwater infinity pool with a swim-up bar, a boat launch and towering palm trees.
The compound, named ‘Tarpon Ranch’, is a 30-minute drive from Key West. With no neighbours, it faces the Atlantic Ocean and backs onto lush greenery, offering optimal privacy for the actress and her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, 40.
This is Sweeney’s fourth property after the Idaho native purchased a Tudor-style home in Los Angeles for USD$3 million in 2021 and a Bel Air mansion in 2022 for USD$9.3 million. In a sentimental move, she also purchased a modest home that once belonged to her grandmother.
