Calling all football fanatics and party people (and Super Bowl commercial and halftime watchers #IYKYK)! Super Bowl Sunday is almost here, and it’s time to throw a bash that’ll leave your guests cheering for more than just touchdowns.

Whether you’re a seasoned hostess or a first-time fumble (don’t worry, we’ve all been there!), this guide will equip you with the winning plays for a delicious and unforgettable Super Bowl LVIII party.

Touchdown Treats

If you ask us, finger foods are the true MVPs of any Super Bowl party. This Sunday, we’re giving you permission to skip the complicated recipes and focus on crowd-pleasing finger foods that are easy to eat and keep the conversations flowing.

Here are some of our favorite *classic* football winning combos:

Mini Sliders:

Beef, chicken, or veggie, piled high with melty cheese and flavorful toppings like caramelized onions or Sriracha aioli. Pro tip: Set up a slider bar with different toppings for customization!

Loaded Nachos:

Go beyond the basic cheddar and beans. Layer crispy tortillas with pulled pork, black bean salsa, queso fresco, and all your favorite toppings. Bonus points for a guacamole bar!

Spicy Wings:

No Super Bowl party is complete without wings. Offer both classic Buffalo and adventurous flavors like honey sriracha or mango habanero. Don’t forget the blue cheese and celery dipping duo!

Crispy Spring Rolls:

A lighter option with endless filling possibilities. Try veggie spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce or mini cheeseburger spring rolls for a fun twist.

Bite-Sized Skewers:

Thread meat, veggies, and cheese onto skewers for easy grabbing. Try shrimp tempura skewers with sweet and spicy dipping sauce, or caprese skewers with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Sweet, Sweet Victory

With any party, sweet treats are a must! So, you know we couldn’t forget about football Sunday-specific desserts — which are always worthy of their own category.

This year, keep it simple yet satisfying with the following dessert dishes for everyone’s favorite sweet tooth friend:

Brownie Bites:

Rich, fudgy brownies cut into bite-sized squares — perfect for chocolate lovers. Offer frostings and sprinkles for customization.

Mini Cheesecakes:

Who can resist a creamy cheesecake? Make individual portions in cupcake liners for effortless serving.

Fruit Kebabs:

A refreshing and healthy option. Thread colorful fruits like strawberries, grapes, and pineapple onto skewers for a visually appealing treat.

Cookie Dough Dip:

This decadent dip with graham crackers or pretzels is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Make sure to use heat-treated flour for safety.

Cocktail Concoctions

We love a good cocktail and mocktail, but as a super host, it’s also vital to, of course, offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks like still and sparkling water, iced tea, lemonade, and your favorite sodas. And for the crowd-pleasing brews, both batch cocktails and craft cocktails are perfect for Super Bowl Sunday!
