Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz Old Elk Wheat Whiskey
  • 0.25 oz Raspberry Simple
  • 0.25 oz Lemon
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients, top with sparkling rose and garnish with fresh raspberry.

The Mrs. Claus Margarita

Inspired by Pantalones Organic Tequila

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pantalones Organic Blanco tequila
  • 2 oz white cranberry juice
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 4-6 oz ginger beer (we use Betty Buzz Ginger Beer)
  • Ice
  • For garnish: fresh cranberries, fresh rosemary, lime slices, sugar-rimmed glass
Instructions:
  1. Combine tequila, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into sugar-rimmed rocks glass with ice.

Italian Sparkler

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Disaronno Originale
  • 3 oz Prosecco
Instructions:
  1. Add Disaronno Originale and Prosecco to a flute glass.

Cinnamon Spiced Mezcalrita

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle oz Sidral Mundet
  • 2 oz of Mezcal
  • 2 oz of Triple Sec
  • A lemon
  • Brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Star anise and serve over ice
Instructions:
  1. Add 1 bottle oz Sidral Mundet, 2 oz of Mezcal, and 2 oz of Triple Sec into a cup.
  2. Add a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Mix for 10 seconds.
  4. Add a rim of brown sugar and cinnamon to the cup.
  5. Add star anise for decoration.
  6. Serve over ice and enjoy!

A Misty Isle Sour

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz of Isle of Skye 12 Year Old
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • 0.5 oz red wine
Instructions:
  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in Isle of Skye 12-year-old, lemon juice simple syrup and separated egg white (optional), and shake vigorously for one minute.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  4. To float the red wine, place a bar spoon over the surface of the drink and pour the wine onto the back of the spoon allowing it to roll off it and stay on top of the drink.
  5. This cocktail does not require a garnish but feel free to add.

Cinnamon Sangria

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 bottles of Sangria Señorial
  • ¼ Cup of Brandy
  • Fresh Chopped Fruit: Oranges, limes, apple and/or pomegranate seeds
  • Cinnamon Sticks
Instructions:
  1. Grab a pitcher and pour all of your ingredients in.
  2. Mix all of your ingredients in the pitcher.
  3. Let the pitcher chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. Add ice and pour the cocktail into a glass.
  5. Add the cinnamon sticks on top for flavor and flare and enjoy!

Peach Toddy

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz KOB Peach & Orange Blossom
  • 1 peach teabag
  • 1 large lemon wedge
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 4-5 oz hot water
  • Garnish: lemon wheel
Instructions:
  1. Add Ketel One, bitters, teabag, cinnamon stick, and honey to a mug.
  2. Top with 4-5 ounces of hot water and stir to dissolve honey.
  3. Let sit for 3 minutes, then remove the teabag.
  4. Squeeze a large lemon wedge into a mug and discard.
  5. Stir to incorporate all ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wheel, in glass, and enjoy.

Apple Cider Margarita

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick & sliced apples
Instructions:
  1. In a small pitcher with ice add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Serve over ice.
  3. To top it off, invite some crisp fall apples and a cinnamon stick to this cozy party!

Repo Maple Sour

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Anteel Reposado 
  • 2 oz lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 3 dashes of citrus bitters 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
  1. In a shaker with ice, combine Anteel Reposado, lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters, and cinnamon.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain over ice in a cocktail glass. 
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Vintage Eggnog

Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz Old Grandad 114 Bourbon
  • 0.25 oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
  • 0.25 oz H&H Rainwater Madeira
  • 0.25 oz Frapin VS Cognac
  • 1 oz white sugar
  • 2 oz whole milk
  • 1.5 oz heavy cream
  • 1 whole egg
  • Garnish: grated nutmeg
  • Glass: Flip
Instructions:
  1. Blend sugar and milk until dissolved.
  2. Blend eggs and milk on very low speed until incorporated.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir well. Store in glass bottles for long-term storage.
  4. Age anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 years, or serve immediately.
  5. Pour into glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Honey Rosemary Daiquiri

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Ten To One White or Dark
  • 1 oz lime juice 
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to hot water) 
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary 
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig 
Instructions:
  1. Add rosemary sprig along with all other wet ingredients to a shaker tin.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Mercer + Prince Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Mercer + Prince
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua or Mr. Black)
  • 2 oz cold brew espresso (or iced coffee)
  • 3 espresso beans
Instructions:
  1. Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake to combine/chill.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 espresso beans.

Mistletoe Margarita Recipe

  • 0.75 oz lime juice

  • 2 oz Ocean Spray Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

  1. Add ingredients into an ice-filled Collins/Highball and stir to combine/chill.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint and grapefruit.

Coconut Vanilla Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz IslandJon Coconut Vanilla
  • 1 espresso capsule (pod)
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.5 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
  1. Chill martini glass.
  2. Add ingredients to tin with ice.
  3. Shake until hands are cold, and then strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Optional: Dust with cocoa powder.

The Celebrator

  • 1.5 oz Gran Coramino Cristalino
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes of cherry bitters
  • Champagne to top
  • Champagne flute
Instructions:
  1. Add Gran Cristalino, simple syrup, and cherry bitters to a cocktail shaker with fresh ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with Champagne.
  4. Rub lemon peel across the rim and garnish with a cherry.
