Selena Gomez is now a regular sharer of her beauty secrets over on TikTok and we’re certainly not mad about it. After sharing some of her favorite budget-friendly skincare buys not so long ago, the Rare Beauty founder has now shared her entire pre-makeup beauty routine — and we have to commend her excellent taste level.
Gomez took to the platform to share her “morning routine before makeup,” which starts while the star is fresh from her AM shower. Taking her hair out of a towel, the Only Murders In The Building actor begins by applying gold under eye masks and moisturizing her skin with a thick cream.

After taking her wet locks out of a towel, Gomez spritzes her damp locks with a detangler — the Unite 7seconds Leave in Detangler ($32.50) by the looks of it — and gentle brushes her hair back into a slicked low bun. Next she applies a gold lip mask to her pout, followed by another coat of the Unite Smooth & Shine Styling Cream ($38.50) over her hair to nix flyaways.
Gomez then moves onto the rest of her body, applying the cult favorite Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream ($48) to her neck and décolletage, before slathering it over her legs. The rich, lightly whipped body moisturizer has developed a significant following thanks to its ability to hydrate without leaving the skin all sticky — no wonder Gomez is such a big fan.
She then finishes off her pre-makeup routine by brushing up her brows and (of course!) a little bit of Rare Beauty. As the last step in her morning routine, Gomez slicks on the brand’s Gratitude Dewy Lip Balm in the translucent shade Honor ($16) to hydrate and nourish her lips, before getting dressed and heading out the door.
