Sandra Bullock has to get a gift for the hardest person in the world to buy for (that would be Rihanna), but she may have come up with the best solution possible.
While chatting with GRAZIA UK on the red carpet from the UK screening of her latest film, The Lost City, Bullock expressed her struggle in finding the proper gift for her former Ocean’s 8 costar, Rihanna, ahead of the arrival of the superstar’s first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky.
“RiRi, what do you send her? I mean, she has it all,” Bullock said, who starred with Rihanna in the 2018 heist flick along with Cate Blanchett, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling and Helena Bonham Carter.
Bullock came up with a solution on-the-spot, as well as a possible plot for a sequel. “I think the rest of the seven of us should just offer her babysitting services while she goes on the town,” Bullock said.
When the reporter suggested that would be the storyline for a potential sequel, Bullock laughed in agreement. “Oh my god, that would actually be really cute. We’re all just babysitting.”
Also on the carpet, there was another heartwarming moment to behold when Channing Tatum reunited with his The Lost City costars, after sitting out the Los Angeles and New York City premieres, walking the green carpet with Bullock and Daniel Radcliffe.
The trio posed for pics together, hamming it up, in their sharp suiting. Radcliffe and Tatum looked dapper in gray and black, respectively, while Bullock’s suit set had a colorful twist. Dressed in a Carolina Herrera Fall/Winter 2022 creation, the Miss Congeniality star’s black blazer featured fuchsia, purple and red accents across the bodice, which extended into a train. Bullock’s voluminous textured waves brought another wow-factor to the look.
The comedy-adventure The Lost City (in theaters now) stars Bullock as Loretta Sage, a romance author who has put excitement on the back-burner of life, until a crazed billionaire (played by Radcliffe) kidnaps Sage, in the hopes that she will help him find the buried treasure she’s described in her fiction novels, deep within the jungle.
Sage’s cover model Alan (Tatum) sets out to prove he’s more than a Fabio-esque caricature by staging an elaborate search and rescue, aided by none other than Brad Pitt in a surprise appearance.
