Rita Ora is finally showing off her bling! After it was reported that the singer tied the knot to filmmaker Taika Waititi in August, the star officially confirmed their marital status – and showed off her wedding and engagement rings.

On Wednesday evening, the British singer and actress stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote her new single “You Only Love Me,” and revealed her stunning diamond-cut, pavé-set engagement ring with a glittering emerald stone and gold band.

Ora told Fallon she’d “never shown anyone” the sparkler before. “Because I love you and I feel like you’re a part of our relationship, weirdly, because we watch you every night, I just felt like I’ll show you it,” Ora told the host. “Look here it is.”

She flashed the unconventional ring to the camera and explained that she gave Waititi some help in making the important selection. “You know what you want and I felt like I really knew I wanted to be with this person and I just wanted it to feel really right,” said Ora. “So, I may have taken him to the shop and pointed out exactly what ring I wanted.”

She added, “He did good.”

After chatting with Fallon, Ora performed her new song, wearing a pink mini slip dress with a lacey bodice from Versace’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection with a coordinating Barbie pink bridal veil.

For the “You Only Love Me” music video, Ora wore an archival 1987 Yves Saint Laurent wedding gown, styled by Tom Erebout and sourced from vintage expert and retailer Cherie Balch’s Shrimpton Couture.

The couple began dating in May 2021 and wed in August in a “very small” ceremony, according to People.

In a report by The Sun UK, the two decided to tie the knot after they made almost “simultaneous” wedding proposals to each other in July. “It was a really intimate ceremony and super special for everyone there,” a source told the outlet. “Their nearest and dearest can see how madly in love they are.”

The source added Ora, who has now changed her name to Waititi-Ora, wanted a small wedding in order to “keep their relationship as private as possible,” adding, “a big, showbiz-style bash is planned to celebrate, but don’t expect to see it being flogged to the highest-bidding magazine.”

Ora confirmed their marriage for the first time last week during an interview with Heart Radio Breakfast. When asked if she was married she replied, “Yes. Here we are. They say everything happens for a reason. I am officially off the market, people!”
