Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty line has become the go-to brand for makeup enthusiasts everywhere, and now the beauty mogul is giving her fans something no one was expecting. In partnership with Brooklyn-based artistic collective MSCHF (pronounced “mischief“), Fenty Beauty is presenting lip glosses sold in ketchup packets. You may be familiar with MSCHF’s work from their eat-the-rich popsicles. They were also responsible for making those crazy-expensive Hermès Birkenstocks.
Not only will the “Ketchup Or Makeup” set consist of Fenty Beauty’s Gloss Bomb lip gloss, but it will also include actual ketchup packets in identical packaging. How does one spot the difference? Only by playing a game of Fenty roulette, and hopefully, you’re met with the right package for what the occasion calls for — whether that be dinner or a night out on the town.
Obviously, the lip gloss sauce duo set is a novelty gimmick, and with the price point of $20, it’s a fun way to gamble with your look. As expected, Rihana’s fans had much to say about the newly launched product on social media.
